Okay so you already had your uti infection and you would rather not have to deal with it again. What can you do to stop yourself from ever getting it again? Well the answer is more simple then you would think. You have to make a couple of lifestyle changes but that is pretty much it. There is not really much that you have to do that is drastic. Just follow my pretty simple to remember list of ways to prevent a uti infection from happening. I assure you if you just follow the guide you will be super quickly on your way to never having a uti infection ever again. So just follow these four very simple guidelines.

1.Drink More Water
Probably the most important thing you need to remember is that water is your absolute best friend in the entire world. Especially if you would like to prevent a uti from ever taking over your life again. The more water you are drinking the faster you will recover from the uti infection and the faster you will be able to prevent it. So yes water is amazing and water is the best thing for you. You werent just told that your entire life for nothing. Be smart and drink more water like your mother told you to.

2.Sleep More
The more sleep you are getting the more your body can fight off infections. Its been proven that a good nights sleep can kill most infections or at least start fighting them off. If you get good sleep you will have a better chance of never even getting a uti.

3.More Cranberries
Eating more cranberries is also a great remedy for not only prevention but the curing of an infection of the bladder. I would highly recommend giving this a try and by no time you will never ever have another urinary tract infection for the rest of your god forsaken life.

4.Less Stress
An infection can also be caused by a lot of stress on your body. if you can find some way to become less stressed you will be better at reducing the chances of being infected in your entire body not just your bladder. Try it out, do yoga, meditate anything to make yourself feel less stressed!
